Built like a house, pitched roof, 20yr Modified Bitumen roofing system, radiant barrier roof sheeting to help insulate, steel drip edge, 6″ roof overhang on all sides, 8 soffit vents to keep the blind ventilated, walls are exterior siding panels, 3 coats of premium exterior latex paint, blind is completely sealed to keep out pests while maintaining proper ventilation.

– 7 double marine glazed glass windows which are impact, fog, and scratch resistant integrated into a 1 piece aluminum frame with weep holes for drainage. (3 rifle windows / 4 bow windows)
